Hon. Edgardo Rivera García has been appointed as the exclusive Administrative Law member for Puerto Rico within the IR Global network.
Rivera García is a Special Counsel at MZLS and a retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. His appointment to IR Global—a multi-disciplinary professional services network spanning more than 165 jurisdictions—follows the recent designations of MZLS members Mabel Sotomayor Hernández and Simón Carlo Valentín to the network.
Prior to joining the firm, Rivera García served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and held various senior roles within the public and judicial sectors. He holds a Juris Doctor, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puerto Rico.
